At Camp Ramah in Ukraine, sports and Jewish traditions are an escape from war Ariel Oberfeld spent his childhood summers at a Jewish overnight camp in Wisconsin. This summer, the 17-year-old traveled further afield, to teach sports at Ramah Yachad, a Jewish camp in Ukraine holding its third session since Russia’s invasion.
